Just got a vmax that was laid over. Busted clutch cover, shift pedal, speedometer. Any place where i can get those parts for cheaper than the stupidly high OEM prices? New to the vmax world, prior to this i've only worked on old cb's and 70's suzuki's where the parts are cheaper than high life.

Was on the net last night just searching thru the japanese website that i got my Max from and came across this . A 8.5 litre tank which would give you a 23.5 litre total . It was going at auction , think it was priced at 120000 yen .

Ok, this question may have been asked before, but are the calipers the same on a 86 model as an 85 model? It's just that 99% of the brake pads I see for sale say "Fits models 1986-92". I know the 93-03 are different, and so on, but did the 86 have different pads to the 85? or should I just buy...
