I bought the HAC Sissy Bar Saturday and it got here today. I just put it on and I like it a lot. I got the luggage rack w/it too. I like this luggage rack because it seem to be a little lower than the yamaha sissy bar/luggage rack. Looks good and can be removed fairly quickly.

hey guys - I've seen Vmax sissy bars that have a Virago "naked" top piece (without the back-rest pad). Does anyone know if that Virago top piece is year specific? - Mark

I am going to Bonneville in August and need to carry a luggage bag on the Vmax. After scouring the Internet I've come up empty. Has anyone traveled and if so what did you use to hold your stuff. Mind you I'm covering 2400 miles in 7 days and camping up in the Sierra Nevadas. Thanks in advance.

can anyone tell me how Mario's bar end mirrors fit on, over or into Kurkyian(sp) hand grips which i have currently installed. they seem quite nice from pics. just wanted to know if they were compatible and how much tweaking it would take to get them on before i forked out the $$$$. thanks...

After 23 years of wanting a V-Max, I'm flying from Colorado to Kansas to pick up an '06. I've already bought some bar end mirrors and would like to put them on for the ride back. Can anyone tell me what size wrench is needed to take the stock bar end caps off? Thanks.

I'm working on cleaning up the back end a little. First I had a side mount bracket made for the plate (which I need to do again because it could be shorter and kicked out an inch or so, later), then I tried cutting some slots for LEDs to go into the grab bar. My attempt with the dremmel came out...

Do the handle bar clamp bolt caps remove easy? or will they be destroyed in the process of removal? I have a new billet one on the way I'm going to replace. Any Idea where they might be purchased if they do need to be replaced? Thanks. Ken.

What are you guys using for bar end mirrors? I've seen some on ebay, but they're all convex style mirrors. Anybody running a round flat style bar end mirror on their bike? Getting ready to order a jacket and the mirrors, just wanting some input.

I have a sissy bar from my 'Max. I don't care for the looks and I don't need it. It's in perfect structual shape, but the annodizing is giving out. It's a perfect candidate for polishing, powdercoating, or paint. I don't know what it's worth, so make an offer via PM or e-mail...
