WTF was Yamaha thinking with the brown engine covers? Does anybody like the way this looks? Are black replacement covers available? If not, it looks like the 2017 60th anniversary vmax is all black so maybe those should fit.

I noticed I am missing a few dust covers. I plan on replacing them, but I am not sure how quickly I should it. The dust cap on the driveshaft is missing. I think the part missing on the rear wheel is also a dust cover of some sort, but I am not sure. I used the picture of my other bike to show...

Has any one had trouble swapping covers from one bike engine to another? I'm having trouble with the cover that slides over the shifter shaft and has six screws that holds it on. When I slide the cover on the shaft it will not line up with the holes for the screws. I didn't push or pull too hard...
