When I first got on ebay awhile back there was a feature on ebay itself where I could put in the max $$ amount I wanted to bid on something and it automatically bid for me. Does ebay still have this function? If so, how do you enable it?

Anyone tried the kit mentioned in the title? The guy from England is selling a kit on eBay that includes heavy duty cables for the ground and starter.It is about $70 shipped so wanted some feedback before buying. Couldn't find anything using the search function.
