As a newer gen2 owner, I have a couple of questions for some of the more experienced owners. Was the 2010 recalled for oil pump issues? When I get beyond a certain high speed, the indicated speedo number drops down by 50 or so, I have had it up to 154 mph/gps so I figure this is some sort...

So I'm looking to change out my driver and passenger footpegs, but all the cool aftermarket ones within my budget are advertised to be Gen2-compatible. My questions: Will Gen2-compatible footpegs fit a Gen1? What other bikes and their years would their aftermarket pegs fit the Gen1?

What is the benefit convert to Gen2 Stock exhaust? Easy to Mod?need resetting the carb?

Wondering if it at all possible to swap out a stock Gen 1 wheel to a Gen 2.
