issue

I have an 85, and have had a stage 1 k&n jet kit and kerker slip-ons on it for 10 years at least. I took the carbs off to clean them like I seem to have to do every 2 years or so, but when I put them back on I now have a problem. I start the bike with the choke on and it runs pretty terrible...

OK, just getting ready to test ride after all the repair and etc... now bike stalls every time i put it into gear. tried keeping revs up no difference. clutch is still pulled in... any thoughts? 1985 - no engine mods besides jets and drilled exhaust.

Tried to install new headlight and bottom bolt was 2mm larger than the hole. Removed sleeve shown in picture two and it bolted up. Did yamaha go with a smaller bolt after 85?
