I have done the mod of removing the rivets and drilling those holes out to 1/2". That sounds pretty good. Much better than stock. My question is has anyone done both mods together where you drill the 1" hole in the baffle as well. Sound wise, performance wise, how will it effect the bike...

I have read about the 2 basic ways to open up the stock mufflers...and it all seems pretty easy and to the point... My question is...which way is really better?... I don't think I like the method of drilling or punching a 1" hole through the middle, that just don't seem right, and I'm thinking...
