Where is the cheapest place to get the spanner for the steering nut? Is this a dealer only item or can it be gotten anywhere for a good price?

Anyone know what size wrench the hex-nut shaped part of the fly wheel takes? Manual tells me use and adjustable spanner but I hate useing those. They don't grip properly and usually wnd up tearing the **** out of what I'm trying to remove.

So the wife an I went for a nice ride today. One the way back we took a route that we hadn't taken in a good long while. Found out they had been doing a bunch of road work over the winter. The built two bridges next to the old ones on the road and shiften the lane over to the new ones...
