Ok this is crazy. I replaced the R/R with an oem replacement new one n now I don't have right turn signal n no brake light. N I had everything working great before I put the new R/R in. One other this is that I guess it was replaced before cuz I went to hook it up n it didn't have that harness...

I'm mounting a Mosfet type R/R under the pillion and am looking for how other guys have done this, mainly will the R/R be ok under the pillion, as far as heat? The wiring looks pretty straight forward, though any tips there would be appreciated. See my R/R problems here...

I've been having charging issues, so I upgraded my R/R to a late model Electrosport unit, and installed new battery. I ran the R/R wires directly to the battery via soldered leads. I'm getting good voltage to the battery now, but the R/R gets toasty. It's really hot to the touch, not burn...

I replaced the R/R cuz at 2k rpm it was reading 12.8-13.1 volts. Now the new one is reading the same. The stator resistance specs out ok, think I have a problem somewhere else. :bang head: Please help if anyone can tell me what to check next. :ummm: Thanks Cheers:cheers: Oh yeah checked all...
