I know it sounds silly but here is what I noticed. When the right rear is not plug, the bike won't start or keep running. When the other caps are off even all of the them except the right rear one, it looks like no effect. the bike starts and run. I have sparks on the four of them...

I just pickup up a 97 vmax. There is no spark on any cylinder. I tested the primary coil resistance and I can up with anywhere from 2ohms to 3.4 ohms. Does that mean the tci is bad?
