This Sunday is the Slimey Crud Run in WI (Wisconsin): http://www.slimeycrudrun.com/ Myself and about 3-5 others are riding out from the Chicago area. If you haven't been on this ride before, it's an incredible turn out of just about any bike you can think of.

Well it was a ride in boats instead of bikes but we had a blast. After not being on a kneeboard in 20 years I got up the first time it was grest.
