Looking into upgrading to complete system with a stage 7 jet kit. But I'm having trouble deciding what system to buy. I looked into the kerker 4-2-1 system, but not sure if I want to get rid of my center stand.

Is the factory ignition system on the V-max actualy CDI? How 'bout the Dyna 3000? Anyone know what type of ignition pickup is used? I know the 85-91's use a dual pickup and the later ones use a single. Really need this info, so if anyone knows please post up. Thanks!

I think there may be a greater weight savings on the 09 exhaust system when the after market pipes come out for them. Likely more than there was on the 1st gen bikes. The new exhaust syestem seems pretty massive to me plus it has the catilitic converter, servo motor,cables etc. for the exup...
