Hello ppl.
Vmaxer from Denmark here. (so i hope you understand the text)
Im about to change my stock rear light to a Led light, and i ran into a problem.
I cant remove the tail light since the wires are so damm short.
So i have a few questions.
1)
Do i need to remove the inner metal...
I'm planning to take some nice Mtn rides this spring and worry about my fuel supply. I have a luggage rack and a nice tail pack that could hold a 1 gallon plastic gas container. I might be able to fit 2 of them in it. I'm trying to think of a reason that this would be a bad idea. I realize it's...
So, is this what it looks like to take a crotch rocket through the Tail of the Dragon?

Picked up the bike from the doctor yesterday, she's still sick:( but her meds are on the way
Knee plates arrived early this morning and most of the day was spent just adding layers of flat black enamel between installing lights.
Pulled off the tail section and fabbed up a nice steel guard for...
It`s been ages since I posted; still, that seems to happen every now and then to everyone?
Anyway, Llamrei has her shiny red Carozzerria`s now :punk:THANKS SEAN:worthy:
And a little fancy cover beneath the card covers I cut myself on our all-new all-Chinese laser cutter; one of the advantages...
Guys do you think the weather would be good enough to ride through in a couple weeks while going to Daytona ?
I ve been checking the weather, but I didnt think about the high altitude? I ll be riding through on the 13th of this month.

Tom (The Beekeeper) and I are hitting up the Tail of the Dragon this year in the days preceding this June's Thunder in the Valley and as the title suggests we are looking for recommended places to stay on north end of the Dragon. We don't need anything real fancy just something where we can park...
Awhile-ago, I fitted an EMGO 7" headlamp bucket w/a 35/35 watt bulb, w/good, heavy-duty brackets having rubber isolators from the downtubes, and more rubber washers between the mount 'ears.' All-done in the interest of minimizing vibrations.
Recently I had an intermittent function of the low...
Has anyone installed/using the UFO non-led turn signals and Tail light?
If so how bright are the turn signals? I'm trying to stay away from the LED ones as i'm not electrical savy, and don't wanna fool with a resistor. But, i could probably figure it out.. With my job I work with copper...
It looks like a good solution for a stock look. just curious if anyone has tried, and feedback on how well the LEDs shine thru the red lens???

hello!
I have a problem with my bike, 10 years ago my dad bought this Race Tail for his Vmax. Today I'm (the son) taking over the bike. In this Race tail the left indicator is busted. I'm in the search of a new one. The problem is: we don't know where to find it. The only thing we know is...
My first post here!
I decided to modify the fender liner for a cat eye taillight and my own license plate bracket. I used a spot weld drill to remove the license plate bracket without damaging liner. I traced out the license plate bracket shape I wanted on paper then made one out of 22ga steel...
Hi all
I want to make a custom tail light and blinkers for my bike and i've been browsing the web trying to find out the proper brightness for the LEDs. I was thinking of getting the brightest and if too much i'd just use resistors to dim it. Any way if anyone can let me know what would be a...
So I decided to go with the cbr tail light. My? Is is there a specific year tail light I need? Also can I hook up the integrated turn signals on the tail light to my turn signals that are on the bike? Anyone have one they want to sell? I see em on eBay but figured I'd ask you all first that...
Has anyone else seriously hurt their tailbone with a lowered seat?
I hit a serious pothole with only my back tire last spring. My tailbone still is not right.
I got the front wheel up but didnt get up onto the pegs in time and took a hard hit.
Finally got to ride US 129, The Tail of the Dragon last week with some friends and family. Although it wasn't the most scenic road we rode during our vacation it was definitely the twistiest and it totally lives up to it's reputation.
The bike in front of me is my wife, Shelley and our 13 year...
Another interesting dilemma:
My tail light(s) don't work. The brake lights work fine, though.
I have checked the bulbs, and both filaments appear to be in good shape.
I checked the fuses, all look normal.
I checked the connections under the rear seat, all were set firmly.
I might buy 2...
