Does anyone change this seal without replacing the stuff on the other side of it (oil seal , bearing). I can't remember if it can be removed without removing the bearing and oil seal first.

How do you remove water jacket joint? I do have a leak in there.I did removed pin,but can not pull it out. Thank you.
