Hey Fred, thanks for the much helpfull reply, never noticed the 3.21 degree angle on the final. I'm still in development stage and before I go to (re)build I will be sure that the thing I do is the right thing.
I've seen your bikes and sure I know the Grizzly from www. I. would like to stay in contact on email so Iff you don't mind I write a message from time tot time.
My experience of welding driveshafts is good, a bro has a trike with welded driveshaft and until now it works fine. Can go for a more expensive solution to let one machined but for now I think its gonna be welded.
