The A is for automatic,I got two of these last year, abandoned. Today I got a vin inspection and so on to get it titled, registered and plated. Im one step closer to getting her on the road for a friend. A great beginner bike, she's gonna love it. Still needs lock set, fork seals, carb boots, battery and of course fluids change and a fuel system clean-up just to see whats next with the motor. It turns over good and was last plated on 2014.

Looks to be in decent shape. Glad you got it before some hipster spray-painted it flat black, binned the front & rear fenders, wrapped the exhaust pipes with fabric, threw on one of those board-thin 'bum-stop' 1960's style racing seats, a side-of-the-bike combo license plate/taillight, and tried to sell it for $5,000, because after-all now it's a "bobber!":barf:
Be sure to tell her that now she has some cachet in her ride because the rivets that hold the Com Star wheels together are genuine titanium! :surprise:
