I have a late model 2003 engine under 20K. I can sell you cheap.
This will give you the late model transmission, the star gear selector upgrade along with the spin on oil filter.
I also have a 99 engine.

This is the lower block including transmission.
Take your crank rods and pistons and throw em in. 85 heads will bolt right up.
