I've seen those bent levers before. I'm pretty sure you have to heat it up if you're going to bend it. They'll usually snap if they hit the ground that hard.

Lever and cap no big deal to me but why wouldn't one change/fix
items like that before putting it up for sale. I got a bike that tipped over on me and one that was knocked over in a parking lot. I do not consider them "Tweaked" or damaged even though I had to replace the turn signal, lever, bar end cap, and scoop.
$3,500 is top dollar for this bike, why not out its best foot forward!
