Yeah only plans I have are cosmetic. Changing out the windshield today and plan to get some part power coated in the near future!

Leave it alone.
My stock 2000 put out 119 RWHP and 83 (or so ft/lbs of Torque) years ago and Leecifer's Stock 2000 did 121 RWHP last year (or the year before) at Thunder in the Valley.
So you numbers are good.
A lot of stock Vmaxes are only putting out 112-116 RWHP or so.
Leave it alone.
