2006 Vmax steering shaking

I am experiencing head shake when i ride my vmax. Does anyone knows why and what should i do to prevent?

Also check the front tyre for wear, could be time for replacement.

Could also be the rear tire. Check it for condition, and specifically - side to side run out.
