I'm 6'1" so I'd say he's 6'3" or 6'4".
I just wish I could ride as well as he does in the curves.

He is probably about 6'4" and that boy can sure make a motorcycle go fast around corners!
Ah Sheldon, good man and I miss hanging out/ riding with him.
Wear your gear guys!

Anyone that can ride like that, I wanna meet.

I f'ing witnessed that for a few miles coming back across some mountain road during the Saturday ride of the 2013 Thunder in the Valley rally. Marcus not only has a tremendous example of a Vmax, but his ability to handle it through the corners, especially considering his overall height, is something to behold as well. He and Ron's09, from this forum, were battling it out to gain the lead in those corners. First Ron, on his Gen II would be in the lead, then Marcus would pass him coming off a corner.......then visa versa. For a few miles, I thought I was at the race track.

It was a good afternoon. Good ride. Good folks.

I know both those guys, from Daytona. Marcus said my UFO Dragstar bologna-cut was "too-loud" to ride to my right. And Ron is from the Southern Tier of NYS, and knows someone there who grew up w/me by Lake Ontario. Having ridden on the road with them, they are good riders, though I didn't really get into any throttle-stretching contests, as their bikes are beyond my relatively stocker's abilities.

Ron's pic is from a video file, not the best quality. But, like the yeti, or the chupacabra, proof enough, for True Believers of The VMax.

I started out from the same place that day and could not keep up, Shala even left me behind on her Gen2 on the long run down into the valley and back up the other side. I was riding fairly fast but nowhere near what Jeff, Marcus and Ron and including Shala were doing. Fun fun fun

I had the pleasure of riding with Marcus at Thunder for a short time only !! :biglaugh:
LOL, that's how most of my riding with Marcus went, I would start out with them but in just a few corners they were gone only to catch brief, long distance views as they disappeared over the next valley's far hill.

Yea, I don't normally push the bike too hard (to me) but that was one time when it was just too much fun. I rarely don't have a passenger too which amazes a lot of people (in that I can ride like that with a passenger and they can ride behind me when running like that).

Darren let me ride his gen 2 a few years ago and before I knew it I was gone with no one behind me. Took awhile before the group caught back up. Every year I keep saying I will hold back but for whatever reason it just doesn't seem to work out lol.
