A stock, unaltered VMax. Bike is in Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area.
I bought this off the second owner, an Army officer who is retired, has too-many bikes, and hardly used this one. It took me awhile to go through the small stuff, but it runs well, and is 'just broken-in' at 10,000 miles.

Front master cylinder, hydraulic clutch Yamaha O.E.M.
Slave cylinder for hydraulic clutch Yamaha O.E.M.
Clutch system flushed and bled
Front brakes flushed and bled
Rear brake flushed and bled
Carbs cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, new parts where needed, synched
Sintered bronze cleanable and reusable gas filter
New spark plugs
New synthetic oil and oil filter
Pleated surgical gauze air filter, cleanable/reusable
"Crimp-fix" to boost alternator output
O.E.M. color paint in great shape
The engine could stand to have the black paint re-done, it's touched-up but it could use an update.
Spend some time to polish-up the aluminum surfaces, and you would have a good-looking, mechanically-reliable low-mileage bike which has had its service done.
