2nd gen, gear indicator.

Only in 5th gear sometimes 5th gear on indicator, fades in /out.
Any ideas????
It's not a big deal, I'm worried whole panel fuel gauge, temp. May be ready to go out, any one else ever have this issue?

Several people have successfully serviced this...... meaning it doesn't nessesarily need to be replaced. Basically take it apart and clean it up a little then put it back.
