Yep, you can get just the air box boots. Part number is 1FK-14453-00-00.

Also suggest the 4 vboost boots (1FK-13595-01-00) and the 4 carb to intake manifold boots (1FK-13597-00-00) too.

If you took them off, bent them around and no cracks and they seal well - no reason to change them.
