Something like a carb airflow meter like this?

The downside is that you have to measure the depression in one carb at a time but it is probably cheaper than V Boost butterflies.

I've got a similar one from Edelbrock. It is time consuming but works. I kept the V-boost set up just to sync easier. I'd think a static sync could be done with carbs mounted, but never tried it.

Apply duct tape.
Test.
