Not sure what you mean by that but medium to large capacity kawasaki engines of 70,80s had pressed cranks with the big ends running in roller bearings.

With a sufficient capacity press and blocks of metal, they can be taken apart and built up.

Check out allen millyard who adds one or two cylinders to a kawasaki bike by this method.
