Ammo size help

I know there are a good number of knowledgeable gun folks in here, so maybe somebody can help me out.

I'm making a leather ammo-holder cuff as a gift for a friend in the US. I know he uses mostly S&W .40 ammo so the loops that retain it need to be sized appropriately. I think I've got it figured out but could use some confirmation.

Is the diameter of the case approximately 11mm? Could somebody with the right ammo and a micrometer confirm? I can't get hold of any in the UK of course and I work best in metric.

Parent case is 10mm auto. Case neck diameter is 10.7mm, case base diameter is 10.8mm and if it helps, case length is 21.6mm with a cartridge overall length of 28.8mm.
