Check my thread as I have both on a scale, 11 lbs. is a bit optimistic, unless possibly you have a Gold Wing non-stock battery, or something.

Oh, OK, I did a stock Yuasa lead-acid in the VMax size for my weight comparison. The Odyssey East Coast distributor is about 10 min. from my home.
