I need help how set float values any videos or guides
I am curious where the wet set (15-17mm) is measured from (starting point)? The 'bench-set' with the casting mark circle on the carburetor body, is a starting-point. Do a wet-set using the service manual directions for best results and fuel economy (specification is on the last attachment, above).

There is a line cast on the sides of each carb. If that's what you meant?I am curious where the wet set (15-17mm) is measured from (starting point)?
Thank you
Thank you very much, crystal clear nowFrom the manual pp. 208-209 of 405 pp in the .pdf VMX12- Service-Manual.pdf (vmoa.net)

The '#5 piston valve center line, in the factory manual, is what dannymax is referring to as the "thin white mark on the side of the cone."
Letter a in the service manual is the fuel height in the clear plastic tube.
You can use a piece of clear plastic tube and make two marks, 17 mm apart. Line one up with the carburetor casting horizontal mark dannymax referenced, and the meniscus (the fluid level in the tube) should meet the other line, when the carb float level is correct. Bend the carb float tang which is attached to the carb float needle up or down to change the level of gasoline in the bowl, to match the desired level.
it would be easier to make sure the carbs are perfectly level when off the bike ...
