Nice run, a lot of gen-1 V-max owners don't realize how hard it is to run in the mid-11s. let alone a 11.083. I had a run similar to yours on my baby-max down in Bradington, FL. I ran a 10.112 but couldn't back it up. It just makes you want to pee your pants!

Hahaha yeah. I couldn't quite back it up. Next pass I missed 2nd and after that I kinda lost my touch lol. Did run an 11.11 on my last pass though.

Nice run. Mine ran a lot of 7.0's on pump gas. It was killer for bracket racing.
Fastest pass ever with U4 racing fuel was 6.89 in the 1/8. In the 1/4 I was able to get a 10.86 once. But those were on some perfect runs.

'Bradington' should be Bradenton


10.112 sec should be 11.112


The only Fazer capable of a low 10-second pass probably was Sean's FZR1000-powered Fazer.


Are you going to try something besides practice to get into the 10's? Joe Alorio (RIP) got his stocker into the 10's, and Kyle's run 10's. I bet we hear from one2dmax soon.

I would say a low ten pass on a stock motored Fazer is not going to happen even with a 110lb guy. Keep in mind Jay Gleason barely managed a 9 second pass with a massaged (stock) gen 1 with slick and bar and his 130lb weight. Low 11's are for sure possible and I managed 11.20's a few times though most were 11.50's. With the more current weight i'm more like low 12's lol.

The 1000 Fazer ran 10.11@132 with a stretched arm and 150lb rider. My best was 10.32 with most of the pass on the rear wheel.

The best pass on a stock motored gen 1 Vmax was 10.98 and I know many have beaten that with lighter guys at better elevation tracks. But, the bulk of riders out there struggle to get mid 11's.
