Only place I find they sell it on internet. So import it to Norway.
They have very good service.

There is this carbon fiber fender eliminator by 007Plate that looks very cool and has the extra flipper feature that you don't really have to use. You do have to remove your stock fender to mount it. would look like this from their digital try it on animate on their site

I do have them available (with the taillight kit too). With standard silver finish or I can have the plate powdercoated.
