Hello all, I have been reading a number of threads for awhile now and learning a lot from everyone. I have had my 1998 vmax1200 for a little over 10 years now and probably love it more now than when I first rode it. Thanks for all the great discussions I look forward to learning more now as a member

I am attaching a few photos here. Only cosmetic changes so far. Risers and a new handlebar, bullet turn signals and a tail tidy of sorts that was done by the previous owner. The bike was imported from Europe and I bought it in the US so it is in Km. One of the things I am trying to find out more on is if the bike is restricted. It is a 2EN model and does not have vboost but when I bought it I was told there was a mod done to just have the connection between the carbs always open but after reading some threads here it seems the bike would not idle very well if that was true haha.
