So after a trip to Tampa and picking up a great condition flyscreen, I get back to Virginia Beach just to find it broke in my luggage :-(. Any suggestions if it can be fixed would be appreciated. Jason

Nice, Ty...that isn't bad for new glass..going to give plastifix a shot and paint...if not happy, I'll get new glass. I tried searching but couldn't find anywhere. This site is a must for a max'r...

just run a search for vmax, a bit more pricey than the link from Rusty, but you can pick what colour you want and even length.
I just purchased a plastic shield from Cucamonga Yamaha, after tax & shipping it came to $71.00bucks. It has a small badge on the left side, made in the USA:rockon00:

Looks good..have mine drying now with jb weld...going to sand and spray with night shade lense coating. Fingers crossed, if it doesn't work I'll get the new glass

Fire-medic.......I didn't find that, guess not as savvy as most on here. Anyway, JB plastic weld worked good and anyone with patients can fix and reshape perfect with a little elbo grease and sand paper. Mine still shows a little seam, but came out pretty good. It's atleast in one piece again. I'll post a pic later. Thanks to all for the info. Jason

I think it looks better now that it is darker.
