I use Startron. Been using it for 10 years now. No carb issues since. I also only run 87 octane. None ethanol fuel.( per recommendation from a guy in Kansas. Who knows a thing or two about vmax prefomance)
That is my go to additive better than Seafoam in my opinion. I have been using it for about 13 years now.

Generally run e10 as all the gas is **** here. One station near me sells nonethanol super for marine applications. **** is over $5 a gal. I run it as low as I can before winter. Cold here in maine. Last ride I will Fill her full of the good stuff pull the fuel pump relay and run here dry. She runs good every year and starts on the old gas but have started to develop a seep at the bowl gsk. O-rings dry out without fuel. I'm planning a rebuild this spring. I have used startron in the past but what you need is good old gasoline. Corn sucks for carb bikes. It will work if you keep it going all time but will not last long.

Fuel I seem to be having ethanol issues. the carbs lost pilot screw response. What do y'all use to treat the fuel or anything else you can think of. I took the carbs of to clean them and need to find a clue . Thanks in advance for any info.
Oh man ,not the dreaded carbona virus! After a serious day at the ultrasonic spa I rebuilt my rack with the all the best of from ebay NOS, OEM packaged sellers and Partzilla.
Once they were synced , idle adjusted and running Great I haven't had to touch them since only because I run a few ounces of Techron, BG44k and or Stabil 360 with EVERY fill up and start the Max at least once every two weeks, if I cant ride it I get it out to were it can get to temp before I shut it off.
It really is much better to ride it, going through the gears runs fuel through the carbs circuits ,washing those conditioners through keeps the crud from building up.
Here in Colorado we have the "Ethanol winter blend" fuel that, in any season really, is bad to let sit in a carbureted engine.
There are some sources that sell synthetic rubber o-rings etc. for carbs to help tolerate what the new "Green" gas does to our toys.
But since about 2022 I haven't had any problem doing as described.
