checked my fuse and its fine .
my headlight (high n low) doesnt work and neither do my dash lights .
turn signals still work .
anybody have an idea ?

Overhaul your light switch Hi-low & see if that makes a difference. Also check your ground from the headlight shell bulb connector backwards. You might try grounding the ground at the bulb w/a parallel connection & see if that makes the light come on.

The reason why I am recommending it is obvious, once you read it.
 
Sometimes the starter button gets slightly stuck in and cuts out your lights.
