gear indicater wanted.

I got one of the indicators off ebay that use the 2 magnets... wanted to hook it up to my STRYKER. But I think I am going to try and fab it to the Vmax when I get home.

LOL, I've been waiting for you to get home for a year man! Hurry up man I really would like your setup with white faced gauges.

Of course there are more complicated projects but mostly build using uC
or simple flip-flops. I dare to say trying to bulid one with other way then
the diode matrix is like shooting your own foot.
