My 07 has slip on supertraps. I don't like the sound and to loud. Bought stock mufflers in awesome condition problem is mice decided to make them there home..How do the baffles come out and Is the part that connects the two a catalytic converter. Any Ideas... thank You...

The OEM muffler cannot be taken apart without damaging it. There are no baffles to remove.

The part that connects the two side is not a catalytic converter. Its more of a collector.

I'd try putting some reducers on a shop vac and clean them out like that.

You can also plug up 2 of the 4 holes and run the vac in reverse to try and blow anything out.

thank you Mike I took it to work used a lot of comprised air. I work at a coal fired power plant and have huge compressors blew a lot of house insulation out of the system.. both ways back and forth i'm confident I got all of it out..
