Looks exactly like the Emerson one that was on sale a Big Lots a while back. Also just like the Vivitar. I still have mine, but haven't rebuilt the mount for vibration damping yet.

I was excited and thought I would buy three of them....

Oh well... I ll just buy one more go pro for now.
