Sean the shocks are called "works shocks" i got the adjusting tool and instructions to adjust them too. I dont know anything about them other than he paid $1100 for them, i have the receipt for them too.

Nice find. While I can see how some people prefer the "blank canvas" of a totally stock bike, I don't mind getting one with a few mods I would have done anyway. Though most of the stuff mine came with I've changed, haha.

My bike came with "high end reservoir shocks" on the back. They turned out to be the chinese ebay specials.

The works shocks are very good so you won't be disappointed at all with them!

Wonder what would possess a guy to say "not for sale" yesterday and "come and get it" today? Oh yeah, 2nd gear slipped for the first time! Just playing Devil's advocate Jason. I'm sure you did your due diligence and Mr Wood will have sellers remorse set in soon. Sounds like you might be able to upgrade your old bike with some of the extras. Either way, I'd take out the seat bolts so I could swap my Maxgasser to the steed of the day. Lucky guy!

hahaha well while i was loading the bike up the guy was explaining what happened, he started getting second thoughts bout selling it since he put so much into it and really liked walking into the garage just to look at it:biglaugh: From what i could see he has a very good job and isnt worried about losing money on it, and he was glad to see it go to someone who had so much interest and respect for themunk: Also he bought his girlfriend a new BMW so......:rofl_200:

Also ill probably end up selling the other vmax or maybe.... parting it out... havnt decided, but i cant have both.. i already own a 1995 bmw 325i, a 92 dodge diesel(which is far from stock:biglaugh and a cool old trisonic boat... basically i have more vehicles than i need:rofl_200:

LMAO yeah my friends are always wanting me to take them out on the boat, and go for a ride in the truck and now borrow the other bike.... im like there personal amusement park!!:clapping: I used to have a 65 fury.... but had to sell it last year after i lost my job.. totally sucked considering it was my first car:bang head: I blame my dad, growing up he had a shop full of tools, parts, furniture.... everything!! So now i have too much crap lol
