The wife bitched me out last night, for walking through the house with my boots on again.
So I decided to jump on the bike and go for a quick spin, to cool down...

Boy, that pissed her off even more!!!

+1 I can feel for the guy!!! Friggin' snow and ice will drive you to those lengths eventually!! :snow:+:snow:+:snow: = :tantrum::tantrum: + :damn angry::damn angry:....&....

Feel for you, Dan-O. Had a fun weekend here in the Metromess...rode Saturday with some buddies and did a little gear shopping, then a ride Saturday evening to another friend's house. Then, a COLD friggin' ride home about 2 a.m., as we had to wipe the frost off our our bike seats before we could get started. Any ride is a good ride, right?

Sunday was much better, highs in the 60's, but a chilly ride home a few minutes ago from a movie. Not venturing out again tonight...but maybe a little hooky tomorrow, as it's supposed to be sunny and 65! :punk:

Thanks Tom, glad you guys are enjoying your riding time out that way. Jeez, frost on the seat is pretty hardcore riding temps I'd say!!

It isn't all that bad here really....I need down time for maintenance work and mods...prolly don't need a whole winter for those things but it seems to take me longer to do stuff than the other guys....hell, I'm still working on the head bearing project!! :confused2::confused2::confused2::biglaugh:

We're about due for an update on that 'small' project, aren't we? :biglaugh:

Danny most likely has the rear tire off, swingarm off, gas tank out, and been checking all that out with a micrometer. His thoroughness is unparalleled in history of maintenance on the steering head bearings! :worthy:
I need to buy a retirement home out by him so we spend the whole winter wrenching and all summer riding! :punk:

Been too damn cold to go out and finish it but the motor's back in, just the rear wheel to put back on and she's all back together........Oh, do you mean the head bearing replacement? Sorry, I really haven't done much on that yet!! I don't know what happened????:confused2:
