Hand grip question..

I used some Kury knock-off grips on mine. They were nice and wide and very comfortable. Plus they seemed to be pretty decent quality.

Is that a built in throttle lock? Also nice to the PVC vs rubber grips. Rubber gets grody after a few years in the rain.

Contrary to the conversation going on above, these appear to be THIN. In my case, hand fatigue on the bars is actually caused by the grips being too large of a diameter for my hands. When I
m able to use a smaller grip my hands fall more naturally on the bars and I feel much more in control.

When the cold sets in, nothing like good gloves. I rode my friends BMW the other day and the grips were burning my hand, Doh. Turn off the switch. It's great to have in the Northeast. I got a pair of heated Firstgear gloves for Christmas, and they are nice gloves that function well. I just think the wire is a pain and not worth the short ride trouble. On a long cold cruise, heat is a good thing for your hands.

I got some of the fatter foamy ones on mine..came with em.
Ill tell ya, with gloves on..its hard to get a good grip..specially on a max . almost like you gotta squeeze harder to stop them from bein ripped outa your hands.

ive always used the gel ..superbike grips?..i think theyr called. i definatly dont enjoy the bigger grips..tho my problem seems to be a diffrent one than yours.

Just wanted to chime in on Kuryakyn's crappy ass chrome. Had Sean redo a set or there Maltese mirrors for me, hand grips and palm rests both peeling and Iso footrests stripped of their crap chrome and powdercoated. Oh, and their Voltmeter chrome is feces too. Guess you know what I think about Krapyakyn.
