HEADLIGHT CONVERSION

Can someone point me in a direction where I could find a kit to replace the stock headlight with a traditional round headlight? I would prefer this style and would like to eliminate the "cast-iron" trim that surrounds the headlight. Also, can some tell me if there is enough cable length on stock set up to swap out my handlebars for pro-taper bars. Id like something wider for better leverage. thank you

You're a man after my own heart. I agonized over this for months. Even bought the headlamp and brackets. But this gen's bar/tach/lamp assy made **** way too impractical and I ended up settling for an LED bulb.
Where you at BTW? There're a few of us in central NC (Winston area).

We need to get up so I can look at those pipes. My bike is low miles but I've modded the hell out of it. Jerry's bike is bone stock but he's got a gazillion miles on it.
I take that back - he swapped his tank for the 6 gal one.

I'm currently using Pro-Taper bars. They're wider but with slightly less pull-back...plenty of cable length.
