Helmet lock

What are you using to protect the helmet exterior when using the helmet lock? I hate laying the helmets rubber lining or the fiberglass directly on the exhaust pipe. T I A

I never use the lock. I just put my helmet over the mirror. I've never had a problem.

I use mine but have a 4-1 exhaust. I’d think the lock would be useless with the stock bazookas. They get damn hot.
