Help, No Start

PATMAX, the blue and white wire we were referring to was the single wire to the solenoid which plugs in right by the battery.

Here I sit on the sidelines and hear of another success story. What was the Blue and white wire? Or what is it's function? Glad to hear it was a simple fix. Mine should be so simple.

PATMAX, alorio1 is correct. To bore you with more details, entertain the following: The blue/white wire connects to the start switch/button. It provides the Ground to the starter solenoid when you press the starter switch/button. With the start button/switch in, current flows through the solenoid causing it to complete the positive connection between the battery and starter motor.
