HELP!!! VMAX WON'T START!!!!

So I joined this site because there are a lot of Vmax riders on it. I have a 1995 Vmax 1200 and I cant get it to run. I recharged the battery and yet I can't get any lights. I don't want to waste my money on buying new parts. I bought it when it was non op. The Stater was already replaced. I replaced the Stater pulser coil, oil change, gasket change, refilled the coolant, charged the battery to start it up and got zero lights on the dash even after I left the battery charger connected to the starter. What else do I need to replace just so I can at least get lights when turn the key?

No power at all or once running there are no lights. If the latter then you have a stuck starter button and just pull out on it.

As noted, sounds like a fuse. There are 2 places to check. One is the fuse box under the faux tank.
The second is the main fuse. This is under the driver seat next to the battery.
