Hex Bolt

I need to replace the hex bolt (as seen in the attached pics) I removed my Engine Guards and want the stock bolt to go back in. Unfortunately I don't have the bolt that came out of the hole so I need a new one.
Can I use any old Hex bolt (proper size) or does this require a special steel? I need the one in the picture that I am pointing to on the top. The other one one th bottom is the one I need to replace.

I should have a good oem bolt on hand. Do you have the correct nut?

I just checked and I believe the nut is the original oem one. If you have an oem bolt that would be great. Just let me know how much. Thanks Sean.
