Guys, you can record the exhaust sound much easier than that and do it even when moving using a (digital voice recorder) , it is as small as a cell phone and can record up to 8 hours,then connects to your computer via USB connection and save as a music file. $80.00 I use it all the time for notes and dictation.You can find it at any electronics store.
