How do I wire up a 2008 R1 R/R? 3 wires + second connector..

Thanks, there is one caveat in that you have to dremel out some of the support rib on the scoop to clear the connectors with the R/R in this orientation. I don't see where there will be a issue. The plastic base is a little floppy so I used a long zip tie to secure the R/R from hitting the scoop which would make a rattling noise.
