The owner of I-75 Yamaha in Richmond, KY has a favorite saying: "Labor is $60 an hour and advice is $60 an hour." What a jerk! He will not help with any questions or advice. Stay far away.

Not that I will ever go to that dealership unless on my way through to Ohio, I appreciate others exposing the crappy practices of the "stealerships". Too bad people like Gary from Mondak and Sean Morley don't own dealerships! Not only are thel knowledgeable but they are "people friendly" types. Hope to hear more peoples experience. There is a thread for this topic here somewhere too.

Well that'd be a very bad first impression. If the dealership wants to be paid to talk, I can just guess at what my bill is going to look like.
