Don't do it! You've come this far! It's not worth it!

Just think of the money you've saved since February!

Nicotine is sneaky **** Kyle, it'll trick you into thinking you can "have just one........."! You can't!!

Like Chris said....don't do it, man!!! It'll get you again, and the next time you try to quit will be 10 times worse than this time!

His moving to Michigan and leaving the wife and 2 kids here so GM can ruin another family party.....cause long distance marriages always work great:bang head:

i find it hard to believe with a vmax, you'd need any other type of stress relief!!!! **** man go find the straightest part of road u can and do about 5 WOT runs. that always clears my head.

I quit last year at the end of March, after 26 solid years of smoking.

No way I'm ever going back - I can take a really really deep breath now and NOT cough!!!

But there are times, ya, when I still miss it.:bang head: Not so much the smoking as the skinning up lol.. I have taken a coupla drags on a coupla **** since last year, and each time I was like - beeeeeerk...:barf:

It normally takes me over a week to smoke a pack, man, why do I even do it......:ummm:

I don't know anything about that.....

I get in enough trouble with alcohol......I don't need anymore help:biglaugh:

Your best bet when you find yourself wanting a cigarette is to find something to occupy your mind. Something that makes you think a lot and take your train of thought off smoking.
Talking about it is only going to keep it fresh in your mind.

All deponds on what your're rollin'

It took me a number of times to quit---- it's been 12 years now and I'll never have another!!!!! Can ski the mountian from top to bottom with out stopping 3 or 4 times to catch my breath. Just taking a full, deep, lung filling breath with out coughing up a part of my lung is worth it.
Oh and the smell---------
